A virtual reality experience for Rum Negrita

The context

Negrita rum is THE historical brand of the Bardinet group established since 1895 in Bordeaux. In 2017, Negrita decided to offer all of its distributors around the world an animation principle (supermarkets, CHR) based on virtual reality. The brand then decided to entrust the design of this consumer experience to the Jardin des marques.

Our approach

After making our client aware of the different approaches to virtual reality (360° film, 3D images) and proposing several technical tests (Oculus, HTC Vive, Samsung Gear), our recommendation fell on a full 3D experience offering more opportunities for interaction. The experience is currently in production with the collaboration of Apperture in charge of 3D graphics and computer development.
